1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AudioBrain ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon payment and activation with a valid license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AudioBrain on a single Mac computer for personal or commercial use.

3. Trial Period

AudioBrain offers a 7-day free trial period. During this trial, you have full access to all features. After the trial expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the Software.

4. Purchase and Activation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Each license key is valid for one (1) installation.
• License keys are delivered via email upon successful purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Sharing or distributing license keys is strictly prohibited and may result in license revocation without refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; Share your license key with others; Remove or modify any proprietary notices; Use the Software for any illegal purpose; or Attempt to bypass the licensing system.

6. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in AudioBrain, including all intellectual property rights and code signatures.

7. Updates

Your license includes all future updates for the current version at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue specific features to improve performance or comply with macOS system updates.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software from your devices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
